Overview

Discover the secrets of Alentejo cuisine in a unique experience that combines gastronomy and oenology. Take part in a regional cooking workshop where you can prepare and taste a complete meal with a starter, main course and dessert, always paired with selected wines.

The experience begins with a welcome aperitif, followed by a choice of delicious options such as gazpacho or alheira as a starter, cod "à Chef" or pork "à Alentejana" as a main course, and traditional desserts such as sericaia or encharcada. The meal is accompanied by a cheese board and different wines, such as Marquês de Borba Colheita Branco and Duorum LBV.

As well as learning authentic techniques and flavours, each participant receives an exclusive apron, making this experience even more special.

 

Here are the food options available during the experience:

🍽️ Aperitif:

  • Tibornas with oregano drizzled with Oliveira Ramos Premium extra virgin olive oil

Starters (choose one):

  • Coentrada dogfish served with fried bread
  • Alheira on a bed of chopped cabbage with quail's egg (Summer menu)
  • Gazpacho

🍖 Main courses (choose one):

  • Chef's cod with broccoli crumbs
  • Alentejo-style pork with asparagus crumbs

Desserts (choose one):

  • Encharcada
  • Sericaia
