The experience begins with a welcome aperitif, followed by a choice of delicious options such as gazpacho or alheira as a starter, cod "à Chef" or pork "à Alentejana" as a main course, and traditional desserts such as sericaia or encharcada. The meal is accompanied by a cheese board and different wines, such as Marquês de Borba Colheita Branco and Duorum LBV.
As well as learning authentic techniques and flavours, each participant receives an exclusive apron, making this experience even more special.
