This course is a complete introduction to the world of wine.

After a visit to Adega Mayor and a brief tour of the Adega Mayor universe, open your senses to knowledge. In one intense day, you will learn to appreciate and taste wines in a structured and informed way. From production methods to the right way to preserve and serve wine, the main topics are covered in a journey led by Donatília Vivas - Adega Mayor's Wine Tourism Manager, WSET 3 Sommelier with over 20 years' experience in the sector. You'll discover how to identify the main characteristics of a wine, such as colour, aroma, flavour and structure, as well as how to harmonise the richness and complexity of wines with food.
