At Adega Mayor, each wine is a sensory expression born of the land and time. Being an "Oenologist for a Day" is more than learning about wine; it's immersing yourself in a reinvented Alentejo, where tradition meets innovation and every detail matters. Inspired by the five senses, we invite you to discover the backstage of the art of making wine, smell the aromas, taste the flavours and create your own unique bottle, just like the experience you have with us. Because here, more than seeing or tasting, you have to feel.

Opening hours: 10am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday.

Cancellationrules: In the event of cancellation up to 48 hours before the date of booking, the experience can be rescheduled. After that, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total value of the experience.

Other selections of wine or tapas are subject to stock availability at the time of the tasting and for an additional fee (wine by the glass).
